The senior's apartments consist of 34 one bedroom units and 6 two bedroom units. One 1 bedroom unit and one two bedroom unit have been modified for persons with special needs. This is a secure building, with an elevator, mail delivered to mailboxes inside the building lobby and coin operated laundry facilities on the main floor. The units are heated with electric baseboard rads and tenants are required to pay their own utilities (hydro, cable & telephone). The apartments have a fridge and stove supplied by KLNPH. Satellite dishes are not permitted at this location. There is a tenant parking lot, however space is limited.

KLNPH is currently transitioning to smoke-free buildings. Tenants at all KLNPH buildings prior to January 01, 2012 who smoke in their units will continue to be allowed to do so under the grandfather agreement in the new policy. However, as of January 01, 2012 new tenants are required to sign a lease that stipulates they understand the building is transitioning to become 100 percent smoke free and they must agree to a no smoking clause.
